This is not completely new, but it has a filling !
Minced (pork and beef) meat (of course)
grated parmigiano reggiano cheese
egg (1 for 100 gr of meat)
a bit of nutmeg
Some cheese for the filling: I use Asiago. Cut it in small pieces
Mix everything and create small loaves around each small pieace of Asiago cheese. Roll them in some grated bread and fry them in a pan with oil.
