Tuna fish is pretty common and easy to find. The simplest thing you can do is pasta with tuna. You can make a base with sautéed onions in evo oil, or, if you want to make something real fast and simple, you can forget it. Just tuna and tomato in a pan. Add the cooked pasta (in salted water, of course) and it’s done.
And there’s also the “refined” version. Instead of simple tuna, you can use ventresca, which is tuna belly (or tuna fillet). I prefer eating it just as it is, but you can use it for a tasty pasta too. As I said before: just a pan and some tomato. In effetti la ventresca è un po’ sprecata per farci una pasta, però è buonissima e si fa in 5 minuti. Home food, pasticci buoni da mangiare.
