“I’mma live my life like I should”

When something upsets you, cook some biscuits. Yes. My famous biscuits. Quelli dell’immagine che accompagna il blog… e mettono allegria.
La ricetta è semplicissima. Recipe is simple

200 gr flour – farina
100 gr sugar – zucchero
90 gr butter – burro
1 egg – 1 uovo
baking powder – lievito

Whip the egg white, then add the yolk and the sugar.

Then add the butter and the flour

You will have to add some more flour until you have it a bit solid but soft

Then you have to lay it out and make the biscuits.

I love my little moulds, but you can make them also with a glass or cut them square.

Cooking is 170°C for about 15 minutes.

And here they are. Beautiful and tasty. Se volete, potete anche decorarli con il cioccolato fuso, ma questa volta io li ho fatti senza cioccolato. Puri e semplici biscotti di frolla burrosa. Perché il burro ti ricorda che vuoi bene a te stessa, anche se il mondo a volte è tanto carente di gentilezza.
