Probably the simplest recipe in the world. Già, probabilmente una delle ricette più semplici al mondo: le sarde fritte.

You just need to buy fresh and beautiful sardine. Let them in some water and lemon for one hour or more. Then just roll them in flour and fry them in hot sunflower oil. They’re like a beautiful sunrise.

with a very similar process to the one I described in the previous post, you can make a great sauce for spaghetti

and help you in showinng love to someone you care

… eating fish and crustaceans. I gamberi sono i miei preferiti, ma questa volta ho comprato un po’ di mix…. to make a fish&peas soup

First you put some oil and some onion in a pan

keep the shrimps separated from the rest: you will add them in the end

then add the rest of the fish with some parsley in the pan and start to cook them

then add the tomato sauce and go on cooking

add the peas and the shrimps in the end

some crispy bread will make it perfect

No there ain’t no angels around here……

probably they’d look like ghost creatures while swimming in the ocean… but we catch them and…. taste their sweet flesh… for our pleasure….

sweet prawn please forgive us… but with oil, parsley, tomato and nutmeg… you really taste so good… and we want to celebrate New Year’s even hoping that there will always be a lot of you in the ocean…

For a perfect New Year’s Eve dinner…. don’t say you love me…

Pasta comes from wheat, and crustaceans come from the sea, so pasta with lobster is a perfect wedding of tastes

you just would want more lobster in it. Anyway… shouldn’t you be satisfied with that great dish, you can always faint with the dessert: pesche (peaches) al cioccolato fondente e amaretto (amaretti and dark chocolate) with a delicious zabaione cream

my mum cooks peaches with chocolate and amaretti too and they can compete. Love you mum.
